Trimble asks for a abbreviated version of merge variables. Their use case - their Customer is Regiomnal Municipality of York which they mention in likely page 1 of RFP but thereafter in legal style would refer to them as "the Region". Trimble would like to be able to set that in one place and not have to go in and do so manually as they do currently. A minor friction but doing so enough all adds up!!
