  4. conditional logic for reviews

    When doing multi step/assignee review the Marigold team has let us know they usually assign their legal team as the second/final reviewer. The ask is for reviews by the "legal team/conditional reviewer" to only be triggered if the reviewer before them has made any changes to the library entry. If no changes were made, it doesn't need to go to Legal and can be marked as complete

    Here's a scenario from a customer:
    One of the last projects has had two types of responses: one with drop-down (mapped as Answer Set(s) and one narrative (compose answer). The issue that we encountered was that some of my colleagues forgot to choose one option from the answer set.
    They want it so that the writer passes the response for review; he doesn’t get the option to forget to add one of the responses.

    Today, the Cloud Provider integration for Sharepoint is able to read all customer data in Sharepoint. This request if to limit Loopio's access and to give Loopio permission to only specific parts of Sharepoint that the customer wants to give Loopio access to.
